What does your logo mean?

This is an esoteric organization so, of course, our logo has to be complex and full of symbolism. It’s just how we roll. I blame Solomon…
The top symbol has a dual meaning. Firstly it is the planetary symbol for the Sun. This is associated with creativity, power, success, leadership, higher level thinking, happiness and creation. It is also a symbol for the Godhead; a singularity that is aware of itself. A point that is also the whole. All is one and one is all.
The bottom symbol is a square. Four is the number of the Earth, therefore the square is it’s representation in sacred geometry. A square made of four squares, doubly so. Each quadrant of the square is colored to correspond to a cardinal direction AND philosophical element.
Orange=East, Blue=West, Red=South, Dark Green=North
Orange=Air, Blue=Water, Red=Fire, Dark Green=Earth
Orange=Raphael, Blue=Gabriel, Red=Michael, Dark Green=Uriel
In the center is the Hebrew letter “Shin.” Shin represents the human heart. It’s even graphically similar to the heart, with two main chambers. The decorations on top of the stems are also a two-fold meaning. On one hand they represent flame, the primordial creative active principle. To put them on a heart is a symbol of sacred passion, of untamed love. It is the love of the Divine and this Sacred Heart is the same one we must possess if we are to attain Christ-consciousness. On the other hand they are a triple occurrence of the letter “Yod” which is itself a representation of the Divine. Three is the number of the Divine, hence three Yod’s, so it’s double-Divine. This Shin is colored red to further represent love, passion, fire, the vital principle, creation.
The Shin is superimposed upon a large grey circle with a white Star of David. The grey circle is the Universe. It is neither good nor bad. It just is. The Star of David is itself a symbol. One triangle pointing up, the other down, intersecting equilaterally. This encompasses the Hermetic ideal of “As Above, So Below” The macrocosm and the microcosm are the same thing. They reflect each other. Thought becomes reality. This fundamental truth is symbolically shining through the greyness of the universe, filling it end-to-end with Divine light, as it was in the Beginning.
Powering this transformation is the Shin, which also stands for the Divine Name “Shaddai.” The benevolent, graceful, bountiful and generous Elohim. This is another layer to the symbolism because it gives us a goal, a means, and practical direction.
There’s a more advanced version of the logo that serves as the seal for the Order of the Prismatic Flame.

“From light, to light: power of knowledge, strength of fellowship, truth of mystery, the heart of wisdom to illumine the world.” Trying to encompass the work of ascension and Christ consciousness….we began as an emanation of the Divine light and we will return to that light in the end, using the tools of knowledge, fellowship, truth, and wisdom with the goal of helping all of humanity progress.
See! It’s more than just a couple weird lookin’ lines. There’s, you know, some thought put into it.
